Live Workshops:
Delivered in-person or virtually, each session spans 3.5–4.5 hours and includes scenario-based simulations, peer feedback, and practical toolkits
Modular Structure:
9 modules delivered over 9–12 weeks (weekly or bi-weekly) to allow for behavior change, on-the-job testing, and reflection
Thematic Learning Blocks:
