The First Line Leaders Academy is designed with a focus on real-world practice, reflective integration, and behavioral reinforcement. It blends core leadership frameworks with experiential learning and peer dialogue, helping new leaders apply what they learn directly in their day-to-day team context.

 

The program structure is flexible and can be adapted to suit internal leadership pipelines, cohort rollouts, or region-specific delivery needs.

Proposed Delivery Options

Live Workshops:

Delivered in-person or virtually, each session runs 3 to 4 hours and includes case-based exercises, role practice, and peer dialogue

Modular Structure:

Delivered as a series of 5–6 modules over several weeks to support gradual behavior change and workplace application

Peer Learning Integration:

Optional buddy system or peer coaching circles between modules to reinforce reflection and accountability

Manager Involvement Tools:

Optional briefing and follow-up tools to align new leaders with their direct managers and ensure on-the-job application
