Igal is a life and career coach who works from lived experience, not just theory. As a gay man with ADHD, he understands what it takes to build a career and a life that actually fits you, instead of shrinking yourself to fit expectations. Before coaching, he spent 10+ years in client-facing roles, four of them in leadership positions, with a background spanning legal and sustainability consulting. That mix gave him a practical, structured lens on how people work and communicate, and how to build teams that deliver while protecting psychological safety.

He runs Pink Iguana Coaching, working with individual clients, including professionals with ADHD, LGBTQ+ professionals, and career-changers. He also works with organizations, running training and workshops for HR staff and managers on a range of topics, including practical tools to support employees with ADHD, and coaching for managers who have ADHD themselves.

He completed his coaching training at Erickson Coaching International and is an ICF member, working toward ICF ACC certification. His coaching is solution-focused: built on where a client is going, not what's wrong with them. He is also completing his training as an ADHD coach with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), working toward PAAC certification.
