Ask4Presence explores presence as a trainable skill, not a rare exception. It offers a space for reflection and transformation where past thoughts are reframed into useful lessons, and future projections recalibrated into clear, pressure-free plans.

Using validated methods from cognitive psychology, storytelling, and awareness techniques, participants are encouraged to uncover beliefs that blur clarity, adjust their relationship with time, and build a healthier connection with their inner rhythm.


The course offers an alternative to mental extremes: rumination and anxious anticipation. We work with tools such as the "three-scenario technique" (worst-case, best-case, realistic), activating rational function to put recurring worries into perspective. We explore the "storyteller technique" to rewrite the past as a narrative of meaning instead of guilt. And we learn to use the present as a launching pad, not a hiding place.
